The Intuition Blindspot
LESSON 2:
In this lesson, we’ll break down what’s been in the way of you hearing your intuition and acting on it. An Intuition blindspot is simply something hidden from your view that is affecting your ability to receive your guidance. There’s both a universal experience that creates a blindspot, and a personal one. The blindspot happens for everyone, it’s a part of the human experience - and for good reason. Yet once you know how it’s operating, you can move out of the blindspot and into focus, and then you can make a new choice.

In this lesson, you’ll get up close and personal with how your intuition works. We call this your Sourced Magic. Your Sourced Magic is your inner knowing that guides you to a life of higher consciousness every time. We’ll break down the types of magic, how to identify yours, and what you might need to give yourself permission to honor what you know time and again. The guidance is always available, but when we haven’t listened or trusted it gets a little rusty. When it’s honored, and even better - celebrated, it expands. Your life expands.

Magic needs a space to play. When we’re busy and distracted, pushing life uphill through old energetic survival patterns over and over again, there is no space. For example, for years I knew that an empowered morning routine would change my life, but I didn’t do it. I couldn’t make the space to be with and fall in love with myself. I’ll share what changed that in lesson 4. There’s a solution to the proving and forcing – and I’ll invite you to test it for yourself.

Be Known for the Magic You Deliver
I’m Darla LeDoux, a recovering engineer and founder of Sourced. As someone who really wanted to be smart, do everything right, and check all of the boxes, I’m an unlikely advocate for intuition and sharing your magic. In fact, in my performance review when I was getting promoted at Procter & Gamble, I was told, “Your soft skills are great Darla, but you might want to tone them down a little bit as they’ll only get you so far here.” A part of me rebelled against this idea, but a bigger part of me believed it. Follow the rules, stay safe, hide what you know.
So when my inner knowing guided me to make a ‘dumb’ decision to cash out my retirement account to pay off debt and start a business, it was really hard to listen. This was my first of many intuitive decisions that led to more abundance than I could have predicted. (I received that money back and more within a few months – like magic!)
I should have shouted from the rooftops about my guidance back then, but I felt crazy. “Who wants to talk about weird spiritual guidance?” I thought to myself. Well, it turns out, lots of people! While we’re not quite in the norm, yet, you will find your clients or team to be so happy to hear you bring them the possibility of bringing their full self to the table too - I promise!
